Quality food and it didn't take forever. I actually, went during lunch.. Cashier was nice.
Food was great, kids eat free after 5, and the customer service from the employees was great. BUT the manager, Dawn, was rude not only to her employees in front of the customers, but she was also rude to a customer.
Maybe it's just me, but this is not the way you treat your customers or employees.
Then there was a customer next to us that asked Dawn if he could speak to the cook in the back. She asked the customer, "is he in the kitchen?" The customer responded, "yes." So Dawn responded, "Then he's working on my time not yours." And the customer walked off.
Love the house zalad. Wish they still has the bbq salad though. Nice place
An employee working the register next to her (taking our order) nicely asked her a question about something on the menu and she responded, "Don't you ever interrupt me again while I'm with a customer." And didn't answer his question. I could clearly see that it embarrassed him.
If you can get them to make your order right it's pretty good. The Chicken fingers are very small compared to other chicken places. Wife had traditional wings with were decent size and she enjoyed them. ALWAYS check your order before you drive off, 75% of the time it's not gonna be right.
The chicken parmesan was toooo nasty, they just pulled RED and white sauce on it, let a horrible taste in my mouth
