The only thing I would like the restaurant to improve on is adding some more separation or something to buffer noise and quiet the atmosphere, as it did get very loud very quickly once more people were dining.
Maybe the food was great. I’d never know because I went during business hours and the doors were locked. The cashier saw us pull up, and decided to go somewhere to the back of the restaurant. We tried calling but no answer. It would’ve been nice to get some food.
We had to park in another business's parking lot. It was a Sunday, so it was okay, but I could see that being a problem if I wanted to grab a bite during the week.
The restaurant was clean and spacious
I really enjoyed the variety at Feastros too, as there aren't many places that I can get a plate of crawfish, mussels, frog legs, shrimp, and chicken fried steak or barbecue sandwich on the side for less than like $30 and I got all that plus more for 10.99 plus tax. That's a dang fantastic deal to me and my momma really enjoyed herself too.
Craving golden corral? Thinking about stepping into that dingy place that's so busy people knock you over trying to get to the shrimp? Don't, just turn around and go to Feastros. I just tried Feastros and it's way better, the food is higher quality, the servers are friendly and attentive, and the buffet is cheaper- even on the weekends.
The food was really good, especially the barbecue.
Overall, Feastros new renovation looks great, the food was hot, tasty, and abundant, staff was fantastic, and the price makes it a steal. I will be going back and am proud to be supporting a local business that creates jobs and improves our economy.
The good things:
There were NO PLATES. We were standing around in line waiting for plates so we could eat. It's a buffet restaurant. Doesn't quite make sense.
This was my first time eating here, but I'd heard great things about them.
First time eating here and it was very mediocre. The selection of food is great but the taste was underwhelming. After my first plate I really wasn't excited to go back for more. My rib was dried out, the salad had a weird texture, and the ice cream was melted as soon as it came out of the machine. The booth space is very limited to 4 people (2 on each side.) Our waitress didn't notice we had plates ready to be taken so by the time we got new plates of food we had to sit our plates somewhere else and wait for her to notice. It was also kind of warm inside. 2 out of 5 stars because I am not craving more food and it's definitely not a place I would recommend, especially for dinner at $12.99+ a person. More worth $9 a person. Don't expect much.
Excellent Service.Our family came at a high peak time after church but the staff made it possible for all 14 of us to sit together and we were all grateful for that. Our hostess was outstanding.Very courteous and friendly. I think her name was Lashonda??? we were there around 2 00pm. We will be back.

Overall, I'd go back again. Hopefully, the plate situation was an anomaly.
