Went in today to get 3 new tires put onto my Toyota Camry, while I was shopping and waiting on my car to get done I got a call from the automotive department. The man told me that he couldn't put my tires on my car because he had broken off 1 of my lug nuts then tried to thread a lug from somewhere else onto my car and ended up cross threading my studs. He told me that I would have to go get a new stud and a lug from somewhere else before he could put my tires on. Needless to say, I went somewhere else and was not compensated for the damage he done to my car. Also I had him tell my dad on what happened over the phone since he was getting the tires for me as an early Christmas gift. He completely lied to him! He told my dad that the lug was missing and that he never touched the car.... lol.... but I had to wait for him to put the tires back on it. I would recommend going somewhere else to have tires put on your vehicles.
Walmart very poor service, employee's swearing, and one talking about what he did with a young Lady the night before! Asked one employee were I could find something, and was told it's down there some were. Just look for it! REALLY!!! I'm done with Walmart, you use to stand for something. But now your stores have lost what there true meaning was. Good Luck with that Walmart! Here's a Hint..... Start with the word (FAMILY)!
