A good place to run by and pick up some shirts or towels when you realize you need them. They usually have steep discounts that keep them price competitive enough with online stores.
Clean store, a bit cramped though and some items not well organized. Look for clearance rack items. This can save you some money. I have been able to find many bargain items by waiting until they are changing due to seasons. Also they will usually have a coupon for you to use at the register.
Lucy in your customer service department is a real gem. I needed to order some apt 9 jeans for my son. I'm a senior citizen who is challenged by technology and ask Lucy for help with the kiosk. She walked me through the process and my order will be shipped to my house. I don't know what you pay her but I'm sure it's not enough. If you're other associates are as helpful as Lucy I'll definitely shop at Kohls again.
This Kohl's store is pretty good overall. It's generally clean and organized. It doesn't always carry everything I see online, but I've been happy with the selection I've found here. The employees are generally friendly and helpful. The bathroom is always acceptably clean. I shop here pretty often and will continue to go back for my department-store needs.
