I recently had a recall on my Kia Soul. Scheduleling for maintenance was easy. The day I went in for my appointment was painless,lol. There was a very nice waiting area with complimentary water, coffee and popcorn. Beth was so sweet and gave me a shuttle ride home . The mechanics were prompt and had my car serviced in no time. Beth turned immediately around and came back to my house to get me. Krista also, was very sweet. My Soul was cleaner than when I brought it in. It had been washed and vacuumed out, which it needed desperately. I really love my Soul ,I use it to travel , shop, haul friends around and take care of my chickens.
