I had a wreck in my truck. They sent me saying " we're sending your vehicle to an auction. The remaining balance you will have to pay". Well I never got a remaining balance. On top of that, they put it on my credit as a repossession. Which was a lie because they never repossessed my truck. They are liars and overcharging
The van I looked at was over priced, and half of the features didn't work. On top of the double charge for what the van was worth the monthly payments were very extreme. In the end it was a good experience as far as letting me know what I should really do and where to invest my money in, not car mart or some where like this.

They don't stand behind what they promise, and they charge far above retail book on their cars because they have their customers over a barrel on credit issues. And that goes far beyond the high interest rates they charge for their auto loans.
