We moved out of our mobile home and moved our tiny house next door to Ron Cooper. I've never in my whole life lived next door to neighbors who were as LOUD as this family, and had the police in their yard dragging one out in cuffs and kicking the police officers. Not a single day went by that this guy wasn't screaming and throwing chairs and other items around outside in his yard. The manager "runs around " with her teenage sons keeping the place clean. There are NO drugs in our nice neighborhood, and I love our new neighbors that moved in Ron's spot!

Been living here for 5 years now and most of our neighbors are very nice and polite. The MGR takes her job serious and works hard to up keep this establishment. Mobile home aren't allowed here any more due to abandonment. RV'S are more then welcomed. We just finished building a tiny house and we had open arms when we talked to the MGR. This is the first Tiny House on the lot. Hopefully we can see more in the future.
I've lived in Brookwood Village for 16 years. I have nice neighbors that look out for each other, and I look forward to many more years here. The park is maintained well and is quiet.
