Would be 5 star if truck radio had an audio input jack.
Then the Uhaul branded lock they sold us froze up and will not unlock. Talked to lady on phone and she agreed that it was Uhaul to cut the lock and replace. NOPE. Arrived at store to be told it would cost $35 for lock removal.
We are more than just truck rentals! We have the best storage in the state of Arkansas! Come see us!
I have had two hitches installed on a couple of Honda CRV's and was very happy with them. They did what they said they would do and in the time frame they said as well. They also beat all others on the price.

Am currently renting a storage facility from them. When i initially went in, there was one person on the phone, two others standing there. After standing there for over ten minutes, I finally said something. The cleaning lady started helping me, didn't know the computer system and the process took forever. It's a convenient location from my house, that's why I stayed with them. Pricey, but the units are very nice! Could definitely get better customer service.
Was told that we would have 24 hours access and to just let them know in advance if we would be there after-hours. Called to give them a heads up and was told it would be 10$ for 24 hour access.
