I have had three pairs of expensive jeans done here, I have two pairs of expensive jeans with ruined metal buttons. I went back today with the last pair done here today. I was told that this was NORMAL! The young lady pointed to a sign that says we are not responsible for this that and the other. I asked her if this was acceptable to her. I in no way feel this is acceptable. ? She stated that's why she doesn't get her clothes done there
