Have rocker handed down from grandparents from early 20th century. Thank goodness we went to Brockinton for the job. They were very helpful from start to finish. We could not be happier
They are ridiculously unprofessional. If you have no choice, and Brockington is the only upholsterer left in the world, just look on YouTube how to upholster chairs, you'll get them done faster.
This is the third time I've used Brockington Upholstery to recover booth seats at Whole Hog Café of Conway. They came this morning at 6:00 a.m. from Sherwood to Conway to pick the seats up and returned them when we opened at 11:00 a.m. the same day! The work quality is also great. I recommend Brockington Upholstery and will use them again.
As the owner of this business I take these reviews very seriously. We are a proud member of the Better Business Bureau and have been since 1990. We are and have always been an A+ rated company with the Better Business Bureau. In response to the one star review below, I am certain this customer must have us confused with another upholstery company. I have reviewed our customer records & this customer is not listed in our database at all. It does not appear that this customer has ever done business with us nor attempted to have anything upholstered with our company. I am involved daily in the operations of this company & I have not had a scenario as described by the customer. I'm sorry he had a bad experience with an upholsterer but are confidant it was not our company.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. We dropped a chair and a love seat off in September, and they told us it would be ready by the end of December. December went by, they hadn't even started it. January, they hadn't started it, February, they hadn't started it. March, we called, they said they hadn't started it, and we finally told them not to do the work and that we will find somebody else. So, 7 months, they didn't even start it. Oh, and we paid a $350 deposit. We will see if we get that back.
