This is one of the best car wash.. it gets you car really clean on any of the cycles they offer.. Also, free vacuum and open seven days a week!
I was treated rudely by one of the employees when I took my daughters car there to puchase an unlimited wash membership. I have the membership for my truck, and have been very pleased with the other locations. A few hours later, I bought my truck through the same wash. I notice that the incredibly narrow lane to the kiosk was made worse by them splitting the lane to make room for a second kiosk. I ruined my rim on the front just trying to get in, and lost my antenna in the wash. My truck is only 3 months old and has only been washed by other zips locations several times a week. I will never visit this location again.

I think the scrubbing things scratched my vehicle. The washing mechanism is too harsh and scratches the vehicle.
Quality seems to have declined. I think the wash time is shorter... but cost went up at least $1.00 per wash. Sad.
