Slow service but good quality.
Used Enterprise rental vehicle from this location while my car was in the shop for a week and a half. Four stars instead of five because as with the review stating problems with contacting by phone...I tried to call at least three times during their business hours but couldn't reach the local office. Otherwise I had a very pleasant experience with the agents...they were very courteous and professional with me.
Will not answer the phone here. Please rent elsewhere.
I also had an experience where I dropped off my rental, only to be told 3 days later that there was damage to the car. Then, when I went to see the alleged damage, the car was already taken from the lot and not there. They still tried to charge me. When I refused to pay until I could see the damage myself, I got a run around and was told management would contact me. They never did and I never heard from them again. Luckily, they didn't charge me for the alleged damage, but it sure did seem shady. That was the last and final time I rented from them at this location.
Do not rent from here if all possible. They said we did damage to a car and we didn't. They then looked into it and charged us anyway just to tell us that they made a mistake. Now we have to wait 3 weeks to get our money back. The regional manager will not even return our call.
